I had to make an emergency phone call after hours to an electrician due to a generator failure at a commercial facility. Of all the companies I called who advertised 24hr emergency services, VPC was the only company that actually answered the phone. VPC came out, did some troubleshooting and had a solution in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
I highly recommend this company. We had technicians come out on two different occasions. All the employees were prompt, friendly, took the time to thoroughly ask questions and explain the process, and cleaned up after their work. We had a new outlet installed and our panel upgraded. This took significant time and the technicians stayed way last a normal work day to properly finish the work. The job was completed as described and the estimate we were given was honored. We are very pleased with their work and will recommend to anyone.

Extremely overpriced. Over $590.00 for two hours of work. Work included installing five hard wire smoke detectors, three porch lights and a couple of switches. The tech was thorough and polite.

I texted VOC Electric with my project needs & within minutes received a call from the owner Tim. He took my info & past it to his scheduler who made the arrangements for one of there electrician’s, Bob to visit the following day. They called later that morning to ask if I’d be available that same day for the visit. I wasn’t available until late in the day, but Bob, the tech lived near my location & stopped on his way home off the clock. Bob spent the time & was very thorough in his investigation into my project & challenges. I am very impressed with the service so far & will be utilizing VPC Electric for all my needs going forward. Very fast service. Tim called me immediately to fix the problem zI was having with a ceiling fan. He came to my home the same day and fixed the fan in a very fast and efficient amount of time. He also gave suggestions I can use in the future when light bulbs go out in my fixtures with an incredibly high ceiling. I was very pleased with the work Tim from Vital Power & Communications, INC did for me. He also had the courtesy to remove his shoes before walking on the carpet. A big 5 stars go out to this company.
