VR Stairs & Rails

Victor put together a swing set for us. At first I would have rated him a 4 because he showed up on time and was friendly. However, further review showed that he cut a lot of corners causing damage to the swingset and possible harm to my children. Several nails he used were too long and were left sticking out through the wood, and several boards have fallen off because he used a nail gun instead of the nails provided by the kit. The nails in the nail gun were not long enough and my 16 month old son can pull off the boards. There were several other errors, but these are the two things that really made me mad.

Quality work, quick turn around, very reasonable rates. We will use Victor again without hesitation.

Victor is terrific! Not only did he repair the banister on my deck stairs, but also finished my ENTIRE extensive 'honey-do' list!!!! There was no job I needed done that he couldn't handle (screens, gutters, paved walkway, sheetrock repair, plumbing, door repair, wood flashing replacement, electrical work). He is extremely reasonable, reliable, conscientious, and courteous. I've even got him programmed into my cell phone for when I need him again! THANK YOU VICTOR!!!

This job could have been a "bust", but VR Stairs&Rails thought up an alternative solution, went to the local store, purchased the necessary materials and built a working apparatus to replace the attic stairs that I purchased that did not fit. I appreciate the extra effort.

I had an extremely positive experience with Victor and VR. I hear horror stories about contractors and how they don't show up, leave a mess, or don't do the job right. None of this was true with VR. The price was more than fair, he did the work around my schedule (his choice), and the prep, job, and clean-up more than met my expectations

My front door would not lock and I requested same-day service. I submitted my request and not five minutes later I received a call from this company. He said he would be at my house at 5PM, but was at my house at 4PM and repaired my door in less than 30 minutes. Reasonably priced as well! I would definately recommend this company and plan to use them again.

VR Stairs & Rails did a horrible job.

I truly appreciated the prompt response I received from Victor when I first looked into repairing my deck. He called me on a Saturday evening and showed up on Sunday morning to give me an estimate. He got me the final numbers by Sunday afternoon and we struck a deal by that evening. How refreshing was that! Someone that actually wanted my business, was on time and affordable. Victor and his staff have always shown up on days they said they would. They discussed problems with me before taking action, sharing my options and letting me decide. They are hard working, pleasant and positive and a joy to work with.

I had drywall, decking, and other various jobs completed by Victor. He does a great job and would use him in future without a doubt.

I had VR Stairs and Rails shave down my planks on my trex deck. We original believed that the planks would need to be pulled up, but we ran into a problem. They handle the problem very well and complete my project in one day. They did an excellent job. They were very clean and the budget was great. I would highly recommend using this company for your project.

Install of stair railings went smooth and was very happy with the results. VR was helpful in designing what we were looking for and made some wonderful suggestions. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service professional called me the morning after my inquiry, arrived within two hours, completed the job and cleaned up after himself. He answered all my questions. I had Googled Service magic and looked for someone to install a new kitchen faucet and shower attachment. Mine had been leaking for years, and the whole apparatus was quite rusted.
