VSA Roofing and Siding

Found a leak in the roof that other contractors had missed. Showed me photos of the problem. Estimate was reasonable and work was completed on schedule. People were professional, friendly and extremely competent. Would absolutely recommend them.

The father and son team, Sergi and Vadim, came out soon after a small grass fire had melted some siding on the house. Very polite and attentive, they did great work and even improved some former installed Screen porch edging, that had been affected/bent by the fire and they hid the tv cable under the rain gutter downspout (originally installed by tv company fully visible along the bottom of siding). The replaced siding looks like it came with the builder2022-2023 original installation. Excellent job!

Great Service! VSA came out the same day to look at the job. Their quote was reasonable and they were quick to get me on the schedule. Communication was excellent and the work was performed efficiently.

Dean and his crew were polite, punctual and took the time to ask questions about the work at hand. I had the aluminum facia trim replaced for the whole house, as well as some replacement of damaged vinyl siding. Excellent work at a reasonable price. As a result I had VSA Exteriors power wash my house, very good job. VSA is honest, competitive and actually shows up to do the work, something I find frequently doesn’t happen. Excellent excellent job! Prompt responses and punctual. I wish i could post the before and after photos. So what happened is a new water heater output pipe was smaller than the new tankless water heater pipe. The siding looked awful after the plumber finished the wh install. (Nail holes and holes in siding from the old pipe setup. I could see straight to the outside from inside the garage. ) Dean is very creative and we ended up with a very nice fix of what was going to be an eyesore. I could see daylight from inside the garage and now it’s sealed up perfectly! And from the outside, looks like that pipe has been there all the time. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

Pros. Fast. Respectful. Listens. My siding got blown off by winds, VSA matched the perfect factory piece - sourced it and replaced it! Reasonably priced too:)) Pressure washing is next;))
