Viktor and Daniela were great. They worked with us every step of the way from selecting colors and materials to the actual project. Their workmanship is outstanding and reflects the pride they take in their work. We would not hesitate to use them again and already are talking to them for two new projects, one at our home and one at our daughters. We highly recommend them.

Viktor and his wife are excellent. Exactly what you should expect from a professional service. When they come into your home they provide personable service that you can trust. We were so happy with them, we had them paint our basement as well. I will hire Viktor again.

Take caution if you are going to use this guy, I've been trying to get in touch with him but he will not come out to finish the repairs and I'm on warranty. Come to find out he claims there is no warranty on his work, he don't provide any type of warranty. He said it is my responsibility to get my tile fixed; after he did the work. Do not use this guy.

We hired VSP to do two bathroom remodels for us, and ended up adding a third bathroom into the mix, since we were so happy with the work on the first two. Viktor and his wife Daniella showed up early every day, and were very helpful in explaining the work, and any issues that came up. They removed a massive (massively ugly) cast iron bathtub to make room for a much more modern shower pan and glass surround. We had the floors, walls, and fixtures all changed out in two bathrooms, and just the floor in the third bathroom. The work was completed on schedule. Viktor will lay out his plan so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Every day had a focus and objective. Viktor pointed our when supplies were low (our contract specified that we'd choose and provide the tile, tub, all the aesthetic pieces, etc), enabling me to quickly run out to Floor and Decor, or Lowes, or Home Depot for trim pieces, pocket shelves, that I hadn't thought of before starting the job. The bathrooms came out better than we hoped for, and really have become the highpoint of our house. Daniella has an eye for design, and will not let you make a mistake. Viktor is a true craftsman, and jokingly "gave free lessons" on home maintenance through out our two weeks together (since I was doing other construction projects at the same time, and periodically had to ask him questions). Victor will also tell you everything you never knew about Bulgaria, and I genuinely enjoyed talking with him. My wife and I, and kids, highly recommend VSP services for any home upgrades you may have. I would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone else looking for some home repair/upgrades.

I anticipated this project would be problematic to solve because another less experienced (non- Home Advisor recommended) contractor was befuddled by the basement window replacement and never completed the job. Viktor responded promptly to my request. Arranged to come to give me an estimate. Explained what materials would be used, how the work would be done. I added two smaller tasks in the same area of the house. He gave me a reasonable estimate, both for time and cost. Had the window ordered and available much quicker than estimated. Viktor introduced the other workers who shook my hand. Viktor made the necessary adjustments to make the window fit perfectly. The work looked great. They cleaned up, had used a drop cloth at the entryway. I wish I had found VSP years ago!

Victor is a very honest contractor who prices his jobs fairly and performs as he promises

great service called back immediately and came out immediately. Cut old dead vines off a 4 story drain pipe in less then 1 hour and cleaned up the dead vines

If you are going to hang pictures the handyman should have hanging nails and/or fixtures for this.

It was a complete disaster. I have to fire this contractor. He made a mistake on his estimate and we have to pay for the cost of floor ourselves (almost $5000 more of the initial budget). He and his wife were rude and not very profesional. I will not recommend this company to any one!

The ServiceMagic system provided the names of 3 handyman services, VSP Services, WindowPro, and Handyman Connection. We also solicited 2 service providers outside ServiceMagic. The WindowPro representative suggested that we had a straightforward and simple task, but then never responded with an estimate. Mike Morris provided the estimate for Handyman Connection. He was extremely professional and provided his estimate on-the-spot. I was left with the impression that his company would do quality work. We selected VSP Services and Viktor Popov. They provided the most competitive estimate and their ratings were very favorable, which easily tipped the balance in their favor. Their service does not have the huge overhead of an extra representative and office staff, and his wife Daniella helps him on projects. He indicated that he would not be able to start immediately because he was in the middle of a large project. But he did start the job at the time he promised and was extremely responsive throughout the project, asking questions and discussing options. There were a couple of minor glitches after completion of the project, but he responded in a timely manner and made corrections. The screened porch looks beautiful and we would recommend him without qualification.
