Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
The yard landscaping although beautiful it did NOT take care of the weed problem. We were promised a weed free yard. The yard has weeds coming up in various areas with heavy weeds in the front about two to five feet from the curb. We contacted Gint, the company rep and he made one trip to spray the yard. His pump broke on that trip and could not spray the weeds and we have not seen him since. It has been over two months and after repeated phone calls we have not been helped. The product is not as we were told, the follow up is non existant and as seniors in our late 70's we know we feel cheated. We would not recommend this company.

"Hi Anthony, Sorry you are disappointed with your landscaping. It seems you were very happy 4 months ago with our landscaping and gave my company a 5 star review. We have given you more than the contract stated in addition added a weed barrier that wasn't even part of your contract. We have advised you you will need to maintain your property as it's part of landscaping weeds will come that is out of our control we can place weed barrier but no guarantees are made that weeds will not come, that's where you need to hire a maintenance or Gardner and have that taken care of. Gint and his crew lit our church's bell tower for Christmas. It looks fantastic - story book! Gint was more than professional with us and was prompt in all of his work. He found the exact type of lights and wiring we were looking for. His crew was terrific and willing to make changes as needed. If something wasn't working just right, he made it right with no complaints. We are looking forward to enjoying the lights for many Christmases to come!

Work was excellent, however I felt that I was overcharged for the two inch sprinkler heads. Each sprinkler head cost me $15. They probably can be bought at Home Depot for $3 a piece. I understand mark up but this felt like gouging. Ruined what should have been a great experience.

"Hi James I am sorry you felt that we over charged you for the sprinkler heads. This was disclosed to you before we replaced them. I wish you could have stated your concern this way I could have addressed to why the cost is at $15.00 per each sprinkler head. Unfortunately we do not shop at home depot we have commercial suppliers we get our supplies at. In addition your contract only stated replacing one valve and price was for 1 valve we went above and beyond and replaced 2 valves with no additional cost to you for labor and added sprinkler heads that was not part of the contract. Very quick response, easy, text-message quote (which was appropriate in this case), rapid scheduling, came on time, repaired electronic sprinkler for non-functioning station just as he predicted given the symptoms, and in less than 24 hours, problem solved.

Gint has gone the extra mile and beyond for me! He has shown up in the middle of the night when my sprinklers were malfunctioning and hitting a neighbors house. He is always available when I need him, night or day and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

He does a damn good job. He's on time. He's clean and neat. He brings things to you're attention that need to be done before anything gets out of hand. He tells you in advance what it will cost so you know what to expect to pay in advance.

My drip irrigation system was in bad shape. Mr. Vilutis was right on time and showed me where the problems were. He gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. He promptly made all repairs and the system works well now. I have employed him to check the system each quarter and to correct any problems he may find.

Gint Vilutis came and resolved my issues around my automated sprinkler system. He is very knowledgeable regarding sprinkler systems. He was able to identify my problems and repaired them very quickly. I have hired him for a new job in September. Responded to my request pronto, came out to evaluate my needs the next day and performed his service promptly and efficiently. Went the "extra mile" to do some things that we hadn't contracted for and left the site broom clean. Knows his business well and I would recommend him to my best friends without hesitation

Gint answered the call very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment the next day to come out and see the project area. He is very professional and courteous and gave me an oral quote that day, followed up with an email confirming the scope of the work and the cost. The work was done exactly as discussed, thoroughly and professionally, and I was extremely satisfied. I will definitely use GV Property Care again.
