This is the 3rd time that I've had V-Z Plumbing helping me with repairs in my home. He did a great job but we found the water from the replacement job leaked to the downstair kitchen ceiling. Have not heard the answer to what he would do to repair sheetrock damage yet.

Vasilly was very responsive and even made it out the same day despite having all his appointments far away from our house. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and explained what was going on and what he did. I am very pleased with his overall service! Vasilly was very easy to work with. He showed up on time, was pleasant and professional. He did a shower pan install, moved some drain vents, and moved some plumbing around for a clawfoot tub install. Overall, he did excellent work.

The owner was excellent. He called me promptly after my inquiry on HomeAdvisor. He listed to my concern and made an appt for the next morning. Called when he was on the way as requested. Diagnosed and repaired the problem at a reasonable price. The only issue I had was that he didn't accept a credit card. I would like to hire him again, but may not if he doesn't accept credit cards especially for large jobs. I love his professionalism and excellent customer service. I hope he will consider accepting credit cards going forward. He will be the first plumber I call.

The shower pan installed is making noises. I sent him an email, called him and spoke with him several times regarding this problem. He said he would find a way to fix it, but so far has not contacted me for weeks. Also the shower doors his helper installed were not straight, and he later adjusted them couple of times, but one of the doors doesn't stay closed (It slides open a few inches when it should be completely closed. In the other bathroom, he replaced the shower faucet trim kit without a bracket in place, so the handle can be rotated indefinitely, clockwise and counterclockwise. After installation, he asked me to give him the rest of the parts that come with the kit I bought from Home Depot, and I let him have it. He should come and install the bracket that he might still have with the kit packet in his truck. The faucets he installed on the vanity top were leaking, it was wet under the cabinets. He advised me to keep the counter top dry, but how can you keep them dry at all times, especially while washing your face. We have kids at home and they don't wipe clean after each use. He later decided to fix them. And now the faucets stop leaking. Sonny

Tiny bit of water seeps through the nut that connected to the valve. Vasiliy will probably come take a look whenever he is in the area. Good work!

They did a great job they are very personal

He was very nice, after fixing our leaking toilet in "lightning fast" speed, he gave me some very useful information. He said....."a person needs to be very careful on which types of "disinfecting chemicals" are used in the tank. Some chemicals will erode and damage the seal in the tank giving way to leaks". We we're using the "blue" hockey puck type of cleaners that turn your water blue.....those are, apparently, bad. In addition, his rates are most agreeable. In fact, price wise, his rates were better than any other plumber that called.

My tankless hot water heater malfunctioned and VZ Plumbing diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now the unit works perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service that VZ Plumbing provide me and I would gladly use them again in the future.

Thought I had a small problem, but it was a fairly large one. Vasili was quickly able to diagnose the problems and offer solutions. He was prompt and quick with his work. I would definitely recommend VZ plumbing and would not hesitate to call if I had a problem again. Not too sure if it is just me, but plumbing costs seems to have gone up a lot in the past several years.
