I am not sure about this company. They rescheduled twice. They did call me the day of service to let me know the tech would be later than expected. Although the service tech was very pleasant, I had to remind him to close vents as he was new at the job and didn't have his rountine down. I was charged for the cold air return which was not mentioned in the phone quote. The vacuum machine used sounded powerful and hopefully it did the job. A friend of mine used them and said the tech really tried to sell her other services and parts. I had just had my AC unit serviced and had a new filter, so there was really nothing for them to sell me.

Vacuvent turned up on time as scheduled. but the cost was much higher than originaly quoted ($1020.00) as oposed to the $60.00 initial quote.This was mainly due to the mould treatment given which seemed to be an extortionate sum for 15 minutes extra work. I will find a different Duct Cleaning service for the next time as the agent only opened one outlet vent plus the return and I have found that a great deal of dust is still in the Ducts although they are better than they were before.

Prompt and clean. Had ducts vacuumed and treated. Found the process somewhat pricey but that may be my inexperience with this type of work. Suggest anyone using the service get a firm quote upfront on all aspects.
