Truck was in the shop so the guy was working out of his car so didn't have all the right equipment. He had to run to Home Depot....odd. He did not turn off power when istalling a basic light switch which concerned me. The quality of work was good....seemed pricey but I needed an electrician to complete my project..

Job is not complete as the high low switch does not work corectly and one side of the shutters will not close. they have contaacted me on the switch and a new one is on order, and they will will return to repair when switch arrives. Also a hole was left over the power outlet in the bedroom bathroom. After things are repaired, I may have a different view on the quality. I have although recomended them to friends and family as the fan relly cools the house when it is on.

Tom was great to work with and completed the job on time and on budget. I had three ceiling fans and five light fixtures installed. They arrive at 9am (on time) and were done at about noon (just as promised). My job was not that complicated so Tom sent a journeyman and an apprentice to do the work which saved me some time and money. Hire them!

Vacaville Electric is a top notch company. Jim called me shortly after I had submitted my request. He was professional, courteous, and best of all promised me 5 star service for a 3 star price, which is exactly what I got. We were able to quickly schedule my work project and the two electrcians (Shane and Chad) were knowlegeable, professional and provided expert service. Despite encountering a nightmare in the attic which precluded wiring the lighting the easy route, Shane came through for me and was able to install my pendant lights. Vacaville Electric will be my only choice for any future projects I have.

After they left, I found an electrical switch they hadn't put back together. I had to put it together myself. They charged me $110.00 for a full hours work and only put in a half hour. Wish they would have been more thorough by putting the electrical switch back together.
