Called me, we set an appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW. Not very professional. Waste of my time.

Chris Vaccaro gave me a great quote on the removal of an over-turned tree stump, which other companies refused to even bid on. The work was completed much faster than I had anticipated and my property was left in decent condition considering the challenge. I will be using this company again for a tree removal later this summer.

I had a small project, which could be a possible fill in project in the afternoon. Two days after I got my estimate, Lisa called to schedule me in 1 week. Within 15 minutes, she called back & said there was a crew available that had finished for the day. They trimmed dying branches from three very tall Birch trees. I asked if they had any wood chips. The ones on the truck were not 'clean' enough for mulch, but within a few days, Lisa called and said they had a small load of clean wood chips. They were at my house in a half hour and I got all the wood chips I could possibly use.

Very pleased with this professional company which provided quick quality service! Lisa in the office was great about keeping me apprised of scheduling!

Vaccaro Tree Service is a wonderful company that cares about their customers needs and caring for the environment. They complete all requested work in a timely, clean, and professional manner. Also, if you forgot to have an item quoted in advance or decided to expand the project the day of, they have good flexibility and good "add on rates".

The crew arrived as scheduled and worked quickly to complete the three trimming jobs. Deadwood clearance from maple was very good. The laurel hedge and camellias were trimmed OK, but not shaped quite as we had discussed.

The two gentlemen who came out to do the work, were very nice, polite and friendly. They made sure, no dust landed in the pool and they even offered and removed the roots of a bush I had cut down to make room for the stump removal machine. Very good service.
