Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
There was a clog in my sewer main drain. Cost $670 for them to put a camera down the pipe. They found there to be a tile from my bathroom construction project (performed by a different contractor). Charged another $1300 to remove a corner cpvc pipe fitting (where the clog was) and replace it. The work itself is fine, and the tech was professional. I just don't see how sticking a camera down a tube cost almost $700 and replacing one cpvc fitting cost $1300.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Misleading company. I called to get a professional to find out why my water heater is not making hot water. The company immediately asked for my credit card number to keep on file. Jason Hills the technician called me and explained that the $65 I paid was just a dispatch fee to come call me from my driveway. He then explained to me that if I also wanted him to look at the water heater it could be $450+ but if I signed up for a membership- it would $269. Conversation ended when he confirmed that my credit card is on file and that I was not interested in paying hundreds of more dollars to get what I thought I already paid for. So Although I paid $65 ValDel Plumbing did not even enter the home.
