Overall a good service of addressing the 2 AC units. Initially, they had checked just the 1 AC unit, but I had to ask to check the other unit. Fortunately, they did because this was the most problematic one, the condenser pipe froze. We had to wait to defrost over the weekend to get the refrigerant filled. But in general, good job overall

I was very pleased with Valairco's installation of my new double furnace, double AC and hot water heater. I had 3 estimates and I felt that Valairco was listening to my needs the closest and didn't try to up-sell me as others did. The owner came out personally to discuss my needs and provide the estimate. The workmanship of the job exceeded my high expectations - very careful, clean, knowledgeable and experienced. They completed the job within the timeframe promised. Valairco offers a 5-year maintenance included, which exceeds what most others offer. I would highly recommend Valairco to others.

Very responsive ... just a phone call away for questions and issues. Workmanship was real professional. Installers knew what they were doing, and demonstrated how coordination, knowledge, team work, and communication gets the job done right. Excellent customer service and warranty was the best available. They left the work site each day clean and organized. They got the job done one day ahead of schedule, and within budget. They faced challenges in a friendly, and resourceful manner. Kept the customer fully informed on progress. Strongly recommend the company for hvac, central air conditioning installations.

Lou was great! looked at my old furnace and could easily and quickly see issues. He was also patient, waiting to make sure the heat was staying on and not in such a rush to leave. Will most likely hire them for replacement!

Fair price, great guys, knowledgeable with all of the right recommendations, removed the cumbersome old equipment, and I think the basement was cleaner when they left and they got amazingly got the job done in one day -- big job. Highly recommend this local company.
