The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The estimation process was courteous, prompt and competitive. The work, eave and soffit repairs and siding replacement on the chimney, was done in as timely a manner as possible (some minor delays due to weather) and appears to be perfect. They even found a couple of issues not originally in the project scope and handled them as well (after consultation of course)! I recommend them highly!

I had Vail-Syde come out to look at a small project. They came out the next day to access the project. I had roof line wood to be replaced and panels to be replace. It looks great and they take credit cards. I would definitely recommend them.

Vail-Syde did a wonderful job replacing some damaged siding due to the previous owner's dog chewing it up. They replaced it and matched the paint so you would never know it was replaced and looks great. They worked quickly and efficiently. Rustin was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

The project was a combination of siding repair and install. The quality of the work was great. The project started on time and ended on the estimated date. The process was very smooth from the original assessment to completion of the the project. I discussed with Ruston the possibility of painting all exterior wood trim. My home is a Cape Cod style, so there would not be a lot of wood to paint. After inspecting the wood, Ruston suggested pressure washing instead of painting. He explained the paint was in good shape, just needed some cleaning. His suggestion saved me money. The suggestion indicated to me that he is interested in serving his customers. Of course he is interested in making money for his company, but not at the customer's expense. I was comfortable from the beginning. The process was clearly explained to me and the pressure wash recommendation earned my complete trust. The end product reinforced the company's competence doing quality work. I would definitely use Vail-Syde going forward.
