Even though the City of Kenner permit was a problem & delay, the actual installation was excellent. City Inspector praised the quality of the installation. The two maintenance visits this past year were on time, professional and have no complaints at this time. Customer service ladies are awesome.

We have been loyal customers for many years, through the neglect they broke my generator. Please do not use these people, they will rip you off. They know nothing about Communication, they are very unprofessional and have no loyalty to their customers.

Signed contract and made deposit for the installation of a fixed whole house generator in February of 2021. Communication thereafter was non-existent. Finally install was scheduled for July 19 and no one showed up nor called. I was told. When I finally contacted them, that they *forgot* to contact me to cancel. No date was given for future install. In October I was told they could not install as contracted and it would cost me an additional $11,000.00. They offered to return my deposit as I found their contract alteration totally unacceptable. Return of the deposit was not forthcoming even after I sent a demand letter. Finally I was forced to seek legal assistance and my deposit was returned only after my attorney contacted them. Of course I have now incurred legal fees which are not redeemable. I suggest you do not do business with this company.

Work was done on time and very professional. Would use them again.

The installion went quickly and without any problems. The unit was load tested and they installed a new starter on our A/C unit after it pulled too much current on start up. This has also reduced our electric bill since pulls less amps than before when starting. The generator has performed flawlessly on the few power failures that weâ ve had since installation and test runs every week on time.

Good customer service. Serviceman very knowledgeable & explained how & why problem occured. Went in thinking problem was under warranty after much research on what to do. Ended up not being under warranty because of a lever being left in by a/c man which caused burnout. Do not get your a/c man to install a generator unless he is certified with installing generators!

Everyone at this company, from the person who sold me the generator and the guys who installed it. Very professional courteous and knew what they were doing.

They guys that installing the electrical and plumbing, did a good job. The salesman was terrible.

While the workmanship was excellent, I found their cost to connect a generator to be very expensive. Charged $2,100 for connecting a generator to the already installed automatic switch panel. I dug the trench, provided the battery and had gas at the pad. Contractor provided labor, wire. 2" PVC conduit, and gas regulator.

Satisfied. Just went a little too fast in explaining how to operate generator, change oil, etc.
