Don of Valentine Plumbing did a great job on fixing our cold water pipe in the basement. He came in checked the pipes and gave us a fair estimate. He is very professional and also gave us the estimate on paper. He arrived on time and explained everything to us. We're looking forward to hire him again on our next plumbing project in our house. GREAT GUY, EXCELLENT SERVICE SEEMS TO KNOW HIS WORK!!!! VERY SINCERE AND DEPENDABLE! My toilet was clogged and kept bubbling each time we ran any water in the sink or shower too. We all thought that there was severe clog that would need to be snaked out and I was anticipating some expenditure-- Don came by to look at the job and give me an estimate ....but we he saw the issue, all he had me do run loads of hot water in the sink and he observed with me that the clog was pushing itself out!!!!..... there just like there he was able resolve the issue and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A CENT FOR HIS TRIP OR TIME!!!!

He provided an estimated , returned calls, did an excellent job and was extremely competent and capable.

We recently hired Valentine and Company to install gas piping in our house for a new gas stove. It might have been a small job but Don and his colleague performed it diligently and professionally and we really appreciate that. There might be many other plumbing companies out there but it is difficult to find someone who is courteous, polite and professional at the same time. The fact that he insisted on getting a permit is what we liked the best.
