Great Installer

Did not follow through with committment to install the correct unit that was originally purchased!

He called and showed up when scheduled. We asked him about another problem we were having and he told us he'd come out the next day to do the work and for us to call him at 11am. We have yet to hear back from him. It's been over a month.

Professional, friendly staff installed within 2 days.

Good Service but was lat arriving

Late in the day of the original date of installation he postponed it to the next day "first thing in the morning" which was fine. By noon we started calling him. Finally my husband got angry when Troy wanted to stop for lunch at 2:30 so they got here at 3:15 and finished the job at 9:30. The installation of the air unit seems to be a professional job. HOWEVER, we also needed a new water heater and pan which we paid him for by check in advance. Within a day we noticed that the overflow valve is defective and in checking it I noticed there was no new pan. I called Troy and he said he would come out and check it. I'm still waiting .

Everything was handled very well and he was able to fix the AC when another has said the AC had to be replaced.

They did an outstanding job install the A/C unit to a house that never had a unit installed. The house now looks like it alway had a unit.

My experience with Valentine's service was excellent. He came out and got right to the problem. He said if he could fix the problem he would. When i came home he had fixed the problem. I am so greatful that we was able to fix the problem.

I was surprised by the quick response time. Mr. Troy was very thorough in explaining what the problem was and his plan to fix problem now and further down the line.

Submitted request, he called me in about 1 min and came out before the end of the day. Did a service on my AC.

Troy contacted me immediately after I put in the request. He came out, gave me my estimate and the next day the work was done. I am very pleased at the efficiency, the timely mannter and the courteousness of Valentine's. Would definitely recommend!!

Vallentines was excellent

Troy was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate of work. He came by the house within a day and did a very thorough evaluation of what to include in the replacement of the air heat/cooling package unit. He made several helpful suggestions and highlighted a number of smaller details that I would not have thought of nor expected. He was extremely responsive and he did the job within a couple days of my acceptance of the bid. His crew made a mistake with the location of two of the vents, but he took care of the problem. He went out of his way to return to the house and replace a breaker two days after he was done.

My husband and I had several A/C service persons to come to our home. Troy was the most thorough and provided us all the necessary information, including the new A/C efficiency rules and regs. He talked with my husband after hours and we decided after much research that Troy's recommendation was best. The install was smooth and professional, and we are pleased with our new unit. I look forward to his continued service to our unit and will highly recommend him. We were tough customers but Troy is a true professional.

The initial install didn't work and it was due to a faulty part on the unit. Troy Vallentine replaced it and it worked. I then had multiple other problems that Troy continued to come out after hours to troubleshoot. This is still ongoing but it is a problem with the unit. Troy is "going to battle" for me with the supplier to make sure I get a unit that works. He goes above and beyond. My only complaint is that it has taken too long for me to get my warranty paperwork, but he's still working on it.

timely and professional; very informative

Troy was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and we made an appointment quickly. In spite of the fact that another contractor had come out to look at our A/C unit a year and a half ago and told my Mom that it could not be repaired, but only replaced at a cost of $1500+, Troy found that it could be fixed, at least in the short term, for a fraction of that cost. He gave us a reasonable price and completed the work quickly. Troy is a true professional and really knows what he's doing. Best of all, he's a real person who treats his clients with consideration, not just out for a quick buck.
