Valentino Builders continued to make promises to start my siding work, but did not. For months. Actually almost a year. In that period, I was to have a new roof put on my home. The roofers were continually put on hold because, justifiably, they did not want the siding guys stomping all over their new metal roof. So while Valentino Builders kept us all waiting and waiting (they had a substantial deposit), my deteriorating roof continued to deteriorate causing porch ceiling damage and damage to the ceiling of my newly remodeled, never-yet-used master bathroom. Aside from cutting my hardie board siding to fit around a gutter instead of reseating the gutter over the hardie board; shooting two exterior siding nails right through the subway tile of my newly remodeled, never-yet-used master bathroom shower wall; and cutting a very large hole in my half-bath s custom-textured wall and baseboard for an as yet unknown reason, their work is mediocre at best. The owner is a tempermental, petulant man with a short fuse - unprofessional. He ignores you if there are issues to be addressed. I would not, under any circumstance, hire this company. Uh un, no way. (BTW, I do have photos.)

The first 3 weeks went very well. Since then it has been a long series of avoidable issues. Project was supposed to take 5 weeks tops. We are now going on week 9 and were just told it could be up to 4 more weeks.
