The service itself was good, and they responded quickly to an emergency, which I appreciated.
What I didn't appreciate was the constant pressure to upsell additional services and upgrades that my garage door didn't need.
The main reason for my rating, however, is what happened afterward. Almost immediately after the visit, I started receiving daily calls from various home service companies claiming they were "in my area" and offering free estimates. The timing strongly suggests that my personal information?including my name, phone number, and address?was shared with a third-party marketing or lead-generation database.
When I paid, I was asked to enter my contact information on their phone. I specifically asked whether my information would be used for marketing or result in spam, and I was told it was only needed to send me the receipt. That was clearly not what happened.
I contacted the company twice to ask about this, but they never responded. Their lack of response only reinforc

Called Valiant Garage Door for a broken spring. They came out to my house in San Ramon near (Alcosta Boulevard), they were super fast same-day repair. They even rewired the centers on my garage door opener thank you Valiant we’ll be calling again.

Valiant Garage Doors did an excellent job fixing my garage door. The sensor issue was properly diagnosed and resolved, the torque was adjusted to make the system sturdy, and everything was thoroughly greased. The door now operates smoothly and looks great.
I really appreciate that they showed up on the weekend and worked with full dedication to get the problem fixed. Their professionalism and attention to detail stood out.

Valentino was the technician who came out, and he was great—showed up on time, super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took a look, explained what was going on in simple terms, and got right to fixing it. The whole process was way quicker than I expected. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary—just fixed the issue and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.
