"We have been in touch with Sabrina. We were just informed by Sabrina that the peaks above the garage were never replaced. Our last communication was in March. Upon hearing of this, we immediately ask that she send pictures. We did not avoid the situation. The pictures did show that the peaks still had the old shingles. We realize this is our responsibility and have scheduled the work to be completed. In regards to our business location, we work out of a warehouse and utilize a UPS store to handle our mail and smaller deliveries since we are not always in the warehouse. We are all available to speak by phone or e-mail. We will finish up the project for Sabrina and would have taken care of it immediately had she let us know earlier in the year."

"We have been in constant communication with the Gs since they reached out about the first problem. We did not improperly install the radiant barrier. We do this on a daily basis and have never had issues. In regards to the skylight, the Galeks state that an Inspector from the Skylight manufacturer looked at the skylight and that the skylight was installed improperly. Again, we install skylights on a regular basis. It was determined by our installation crew and sales team that the Skylight is actually faulty and cracked. We caulked the crack and have ordered a new skylight from a different manufacturer. If you check with ************** he has informed us that other people he knows have had issues with the exact same skylight manufacturer and that he was unable to get the attention of the manufacturer. We had had many storms since the initial installation of the Galeks roof in April of 2021 also. Valiant cannot be blamed for the defective skylight however we want to be sure they are happy. We are now just waiting on the new skylight so that we can install it. Thank you."

"We unfortunately were experiencing delays with our gutter installations. We happily refunded Rey's money as we felt badly about the timing. Valiant always does the right thing!"

"I am advised to not share many of the details with Mr. H. I can share that he neglected to state that after contracting for a metal roof, he went ahead and had the roof replaced (sub par) and then wanted a full refund for the deposit. We told him we would happily drop off the materials since they were custom made and cannot be returned. He physically threatened our team and we were not going to send anyone back to his home. I will be glad to share the correspondence which included his threats."
