It's frustrating to find a contractor you can trust-- luckily for me Jess turned that stigma on its head. Of the many contractors I've had to sift through, Jess provided a clear-cut process to manage my home project while addressing and being respectful to my questions and financial concerns. His 25+ years of experience and understanding of the area is apparent in his conduct and communication. Pest problems are bound to happen but I have an upside: I can rely on Valkyrie Pest Control to get the job done right.

Jess communicates, explains what’s happening, what to watch out for, makes suggestions of behaviors I should change (dog food, dog treats sealed and not free feeding). He was prompt for our appt and just overall INCREDIBLE! Hire him! He’s the best pest resolution in Kitsap for sure! I’ve tried others so I have great comparison points. Just do it... I have no doubts you’ll be satisfied!

Terrific customer service. We had a wasp issue earlier in the year. The nest was in our exterior wall but had access into the house. He sprayed and when the wasps would show, they were groggy at best. He'd check on us periodically to see how things were progressing. Told us it would take time for the nest to die out and he was right. No problems since. Hired him on the spot to handle the rest of our pest control issues. Lots of experience and expertise which he shares without hesitation. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Jess is very knowledgeable about moisture ants and carpenter ants. He checked in my crawl space as well. He sprayed around the house and will spray again in a month. I would definitely recommend him!

Jess was great to work with. We had sugar ants all around our house from our kids and cats putting food everywhere. Jess came and took care of the outside and inside incredibly well. It's been about 4 weeks, and there aren't anymore ants that have shown up in the house. He still follows up to make sure his treatment is working, and he's very responsive.

Getting prepped for the treatment is a LOT of work. Older folks might need to hire help to strip beds, empty closets, wash & dry EVERYthing and put it all into plastic bags. Then it all has to be put back after the treatment. Be sure to ask for a copy of the Prep Sheet. Jess is very personable and helpful and easy to work with. A second company gave only a partial quote so Valkyrie seemed a lot less expensive and we went with them. We think we made the right choice.

Jesse is extremely responsive and a great communicator. Though he has only worked at my house for two months he is quick to pick up the phone, respond to a text, or come over when requested. My house had an odorous ant colony infestation and he also treated for rodents with outdoor bait traps.
