From first phone call inquiring about services, to estimate to actual onsite work ( multiple bathroom tile/grout repair and sealing, door repair and painting ) Ivan and team were knowledgeable, work was professionally done and efficiently completed. Ivan gave options to handle any issues that were requested and had solutions, he always communicated schedule arrangements and arrived in time, it was a pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend Valles Services and will use them again.

BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! I have had a lot of excellent contractors, but Ivan tops them all. He caulked all our exterior windows, repaired a leak in one window that had damaged the wall and baseboard, then repaired the both. After seeing the quality of his work I hired him to replace the drop ceiling (acoustic tile) downstairs with sheet rock and crown molding, and to tile, sheet rock and paint the bathroom as well. His work ethic is first-rate, the work is excellent,his prices are most reasonable, and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. I strongly recommend him

Ivan began working with us by caulking all outside windows, then repaired a water damaged wall and window. Next he replaced a drop ceiling with sheet rock in the downstairs areas and trimmed them out with crown molding, and corner trim where needed. He also sheet rocked a bathroom and laid a new tile floor. There were many things that came up connected with this project, and he had great solutions for some of the more troublesome spots. Terrific work ethic, excellent work, and based on much experience I would vote him the BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!

Valles Services (Iván) worked at my house replacing kitchen tiles, putting new caulking in the bathrooms, cleaning and fixing gutters and painting outside stairs. He did a wonderful work, professional. I will use him again. I recommend Valles Services without hesitation.
