They were wonderful. They started on time and actually completed it faster than I expected!!! I was very pleased.

Two very nice men showed up at my home and sent an e-mail the next day showing the price of the work. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I could tell they did excellent work.

A fairly substantial renovation, per our wallet, was done on an old farmhouse for us. As expected with such a project unanticipated items appeared as demolition progressed. We also added items as the project progressed with no hesitation on their part. I would suggest putting any change orders or items of concern in writing for memory reasons. However, items of concern were addressed to satisfaction. Project was completed timely and satisfactorily. Overall, very satisfied.

Within 24 hours of my initial inquiry I received a phone call from John Vallett. Within 2 days they met me at the house I was looking to purchase under a FHA 203k loan and gave me an estimate to do the work that needed to be done. They were professional and very easy to work with. They were also extremely knowledgable about this type of loan, something I had not encountered with other contractors that I contacted on my own. As we neared the closing date several changes had to be made to the estimate and they were prompt at getting this done and working with my mortgage company.

First, let me say that The Vallett Builders were amazing. I am still in disbelief about my New Bathroom. I hire Mr.John Vallett as my contractor after searching for a year unsuccessful to find a trustworthy contractor to help me restore my 1920's Craftsman Bungalow in The Historic Vineville Neigborhood in Macon. Than God must have heard my prayers and sent me John Vallett...OMG Mr. John Vallett is (The Holmes of Homes in Middle Georgia) the T.V. show on TLC. Mr. John Vallett as earned my trust,commitment & loyalty as a customer for life. P.S. I am very hard to please..LOL T. Blocker, Macon GA

We were and still is blessed by the work which was done for us. The workers were professional kind, neat helpful. The work is amazing. Everyone who's seen the finished work, has asked for the phone number. There was no loud music and from the Top down each one were the best.

Though any type of remodeling project can be a stressful event in a home, I can say without hesitation that John Vallett did his best to keep my family satisfied and the operation running smoothly. He also did a fine job of keeping within the projected budget . We did run into issues with a couple of the sub-contractors, but again, John did everything he could to correct the situation satisfactorily and without complaint. We are very pleased with the results! My three year old granddaughter summed it up very well when she commented, "Mr. John makes really good bubble tubs!" I would most certainly recommend this builder to my family. A+

Generally a good experience. There were too many instances of "jury-rigging", or make adjustments to get it finished. John Vallett, with whom we dealt to get the jobs started, was too involved in getting other new jobs, to adequately supervise our job. Nonetheless, he and his workers were able to get most of the tasks done adequately. I would rate the work as a 4 ib a ten point scale, and I would rate John's responsiveness at an 8.

Have not hired them for the job as of yet but they were very punctual to get me bids for my project and very informative in answering my questions.
