Call to fixed part on my new unit 2,5 years old they wanted charged me 1700.00 dollars to fix my brand new uniting is supposed be under warranty do not believe them will never use them again so beware when they say it is under warranty my name is Angie Butler the unit has 10 year warranty but they do not complete y cover under warranty so be careful using them to buy anythin

Valley was customer friendly and professional. We appreciated the timeliness of service. The technician that came was down to earth and attentive to our needs. He worked promptly to find the problem and fix it. Under the stress of losing a/c in this heat, it was reassuring to work with such a good company. I’ve told my neighbors I recommend Valley if they need service!!

Chris has serviced equipment for me in my former home on Wintergreen and when I had a problem with my ac unit in my new home, i was glad to see he was the tech that showed up. He checked a few things and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. It was repaired in a timely manner and he made a few recommendations. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and a great guy to talk to! I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Air for any of your cooling/heating needs. Plus, they do plumbing as well!

They are amazing came to my house 3 times in 2 weeks with different issues happening, the owner was nice enough to knock half off the prices due to them coming out so many times. Wonderful company with great coworkers.

This is the first time we decided to purchase a maintenance contract. After talking to a competitor, we decided to go with Valley Heating & Air. The representative on the phone was very professional & having someone that was available the same day was a real plus. A 2 hour window of time was provided, with the office personnel called to let us know he was running a little behind. The tech showed up, quick to check all of the necessary units, even changing the air filters throughout the house. Definitely will recommend Valley Heating & Air.

The installers were very polite and professional, and it is refreshing to let people into your home who treat it like their own. They took time to explain and answer any questions I asked. Everything was timely and any additional requests are always handled quickly and efficiently. Rory and Daniel did an exceptional job and I'd say I'm surprised but this is the level of service I always get from Valley Air. This company has always been fair dealing and they are my go to and recommendation for any HVAC (and especially boiler) maintenance or install.

Installed Heat pump few yrs ago. My thermostat got switched to Emergency heat somehow and they found the problem quickly. I do enjoy watching the app which shows what stage your heat is in
