They were here when they said they would. We received updates continually. The work was done efficiently. When they were done you never have known they were there. Everything was clean and no trash was left. Their estimate was correct and nothing more added. They worked until the job was done. Very highly recommended.

Mario was on time to do the winter maintenance on our Heating/AC systems. He was very professional and alerted me to a potential part failure on my air conditioners. He gave a projected cost replacement and projected time of the possible failure. The price for the maintenance and possible repairs were very reasonable. Definitely would hire again.

They were here on time and the work performed on my two(2) Heat pump 4 ton units was outstanding. They finished the job required for winter maintenance in record time by cleaning and testing all unit components and made sure both units were to the manufacturers specifications. They even cleaned all gutters and downspouts of leaves. Will definitely hire again. Rod T. and down spouts of all the winter leaves.I will call Valley Air Systems again for Summer maintenance. Valley Air Systems charged $200 for a capacitor, booster and service call to get the A/C unit running at this time. Another firm quoted me an estimate to replace the compressor, charging the unit and diagnostic/service call for $2,250 for work which was not required at this time.

I had my annual maintenance done by Valley on my A/C units. The only criticism I have is Valley does not provide filters with their annual maintenance service. In the past, other A/C service included filters. However, the technician offer to come back and install for free. It would have been nice if they cleaned up after themselves. Insulation from the attic was dropped onto the floor and left for me to clean up. If the technician, had a portable vacuum and cleaned up after himself, I would rated the value and service five stars.

On time, thorough, explained the problems to me, He's definitely my go-to AC person.

Mario was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed very quickly, and at a great price! It doesn't get any better than this! My husband would tell you I'm a frugal one. I just want to make sure to get the best values for my family. Today, I can honestly tell you, and without hesitation, I got the best value for my family.
