Our company was started in July 1981. This is an owner-operated business and our monitoring service have no annual contract requirement. You always work with the company owner and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We also repair equipment from other companies, including Honeywell alarm systems. Valley Alarm and Security Center were rated as one of the top five alarm companies by the Bay Area Consumer's Checkbook.

Al Smith of Valley Alarm proved to be that rare professional who was first to respond by phone and then soon arrived in person to solve a problem with our alarm wiring that no other service provider was able to resolve over the last few years. Al also was courteous, efficient and instilled confidence in me. Another Home Advisor service responded as well but told me that they could only help if they were hired to install a new alarm system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By contrast, the honesty and refreshing humility of Al Smith who simply solved the wiring problem -- and did not demand payment for an entirely new and not needed alarm system -- was gratifying. Al Smith's priceless professionalism made my day!

Valley Alarm is one of the best installation/repair service I have ever used. They are on time, friendly and honest. They will give you what you hire them for and will stay on the job until it is completed. They even fix things that are beyond the scope of work when the repair relates to the job. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for alarm services.
