I had an absolutely terrible experience with Valley Boys Landscaping, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. From the very start, communication was poor, and the team showed up late every single day. The biggest issue, though, was with one of their employees, Brian Schrantz. His attitude was unprofessional and rude—he was dismissive when I asked questions about the work, and it seemed like he was more interested in rushing through the job than doing it right. The quality of the landscaping itself was disappointing. Plants were poorly placed, and some didn’t even survive a week after installation. When I tried to reach out to Valley Boys to address my concerns, I was either ignored or given vague excuses. It’s clear that customer satisfaction isn’t a priority for them, especially with employees like Brian. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. Would not recommend Valley Boys or Brian Schrantz to anyone!

Jonathon was GREAT--his customer service was EXCELLENT--We had him do several jobs for us and our daughters house----He trimmed tree limbs--trimmed all of our bushes--took out 4 LARGE OVERGROWN bushes--planted new bushes--replaced stone for a DRIVEWAY--cleaned the backyard debris--PRESSURE WASHED A 3 story aluminum sided house--cleaned all the gutters for 2 houses--put top soil in the entire backyard and seeded--took all the excess debris from all the projects away--ALL WITHIN THE BUDGET THAT I HAD--the only suggestion that I would have for his business is to make his quotes a lot more detailed and go over his quote in person or by phone call BEFORE he starts the job

The customer service is truly outstanding. Although my actual yard work has not yet been done, I am very impressed. Bought the bushes for my front yard last week, and it's chilly here in Dunkirk NY. I had emailed theOwner last week to let him know bushes were here. He reminded me to bring them indoors if we got freezing Temps. Anyway, last night, Easter Sunday, my daughter & I dragged em in. Good thing tho, lots of frost this am. After I dragged them back out later today, I emailed again that they are just too heavy for me. (74 yr old widow & the kids are long gone home). He called me, came to the house, moved the plants inside and explained how to care for them til my turn comes up. Is that OUTSTANDING or what? Couldn't be happier! Bravo to Valley Boys Outdoors. Thank you!

What is most important is punctuality and honesty , be a man of your word when doing a job , and Mr Roy proved to be that and much more. Great personality. Thanks John..

When I got behind on my personal mowing and it just became too much for my self-propelled mower to handle, I searched around the area for someone to come and mow my lawn. Jonathan reached out to me after using home advisor and came and gave me a reasonable quote. I was so impressed by price and the quality of work as well as the customer service that Iâ m using Valley Bros next season as my landscaper.

Jonathan Roy is sincere, honest and work very hard on our projects. He has created a garden bed, power wash, mow bi weekly, and more. He is my go to outdoor projects person.
