"Andrea, we wanted to address these points you brought up: We always do a final walk through before we leave. Since you were present, we asked if you wanted to do it with us. The only flooring you brought up was in the master bedroom which we went over one more time before we left. You did not bring up any issues with the mirrors in the time we spent together and during the final walk through. Your agent, who was also present, said the windows were fine. All of the fans were done as your husband was told we were not finished with everything when he bought up the fan in the master bedroom. The only reason we did not have a ladder with us was because the day before you stated we could use yours. You were physically present when we cleaned the gunk off your appliances, not just wiped. We are very surprised by your review as you offered us a tip on the way out, thanked us for the service and did not state any dissatisfaction. We are more than happy to come out and address any of these issues as that is part of our satisfaction guarantee."

"Sonny, we are very sorry that you are disappointed with the service on your home. You contracted for a deep clean, as we explained during the walk-through, a deep clean is not where we clean everything, it is where we do different things that are normally not covered in a Maintenance clean. Usually a deep clean is part of a package and done 4 times a year to clean things not covered in our typical cleanings. I would like to address a few points you brought up. Door and door jams were not included in the package per the deep cleaning sheet you received when we did their walk-through. We were not finished when you brought up the ceiling fans, which were done before we left. The walls are spot cleaned, not totally washed. You were told it would only be one person and we did finish at the time your wife requested. We did not lose your kitchen hooks as we do not clean pot racks on deep cleanings. It's unfortunate you did not mention how much you loved the work we did on the shower in the master bathroom which had years of buildup and prolonged our time. We would gladly come back out and address these concerns as part of our satisfaction guarantee."
