Extremely aggressive, extremely pushy. Was constantly trying to haggle over the price. Would not leave estimate without agreement to do the job.

"I was very nice and very kind to her when I walked to her house. I was very nice and I opened all my books and showed her the products we have -- all the doors -- and I helped her with the style of the doors, and the style and the color of the finishing. And I helped her to choose the hardware for the doors. And I helped her to choose the backdoor also. And she said "I want to think about it." "I said fine...we have time til Monday, and you'll let me know if you want it." If not, just text me and let me know, and we'll stop the project. She said "No, no, I want to have the project." I said we will be here April 9th. She said she would not be there but her sister would be. And then I didn't hear from her. So I called her to verify the time for my crew to come over. I called her on April 7th. And said the crew is ready to do the installation on Monday. And a week later, I had never heard from her."
