This is a relatively small project that will now be extending into it's 5th week with no completion date in sight. The project should have easily been completed by now.

Great communication. JES handled all contractor and subcontractor tasks, and all without hasseling us with many questions. They handled the insurance issues as well which made things much easier.

Erick was extremely professional, supportive and offered good advice. He was able to get us the clean up RIGHT AWAY and was able to look at the problem once the clean up was under control.

JES did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any work that you need done. They were timely, courteous, pleasant, experienced, and exceeded expectations.

The company handled every detail in a professional manner, from dealing with a frantic homeowner with a hole in the ceiling and water in the living room to dealing with the insurance claims people, I am very satisfied! Overall Erick Sanders and JES Builders were nice to deal with and I would recommend them to others. Workers were courteous, friendly, clean and professional. Scheduling of work was very accomodating. When it came down to pricing, you better take care to have everything in detail in writing and specifically ask if things are included since the billing is itemized almost unrealistically. Also as a suggestion, I would not agree to general estimates of work done by subcontractors (ie: electricians) given by JES since the actual price was outrageously much more expensive than I was led to believe. Given the previous difficulties we had with this project before calling JES we are very impressed with how smoothly this went. Chip did an excellent job, he answered all my questions and gave good advice on how to deal with some of the challenges that inevitabley arise. This went so well that we are already thinking of our next project for JES!

WITH WHAT STARTED TO BE A LITTLE WATER LEAK, TURNED INTO A FULL FLEDGE REMODEL OF OUR KITCHEN. WITH THE FIRST ENCOUNTER OF MEETING ERICK, I WAS SOLD.
