In the beginning things was going well. But I caught on to him and noticed that he was over charging me, based out of my need for desperate help. I also noticed how he had a wondering eye and constantly was trying to look inside my house and come in my house. Non of my projects were inside my home only outside the home; such as doors/security camera/tress. On day 2 he did not stick to the agreement on what he was supposed to do such as installing my sensors lights like he said he will do, but once he received money from me he decided to leave and told me that he will be back later or tomorrow. (Crazy) These are the red flags I noticed on day 2 with working with him. Once he left my home I text and informed him that **I will no longer need his services**, but he started to text me back and send me a picture of a fence. I texted him again and firmly told him (Doughlas) not to text me anymore, plus I informed my neighbors that I am not doing business with him anymore, and if you see him around the property to call the police immediately. I previously gave him a nice commit/rating based off of one job he did for me, which was way too early for me to judge. Please consider this helpful red flag warning before you call/hire home for a job, because he comes off very charming and honest trying to gain your trust so that your guard is down. He will see how far he can use you, but once you catch on to him he will run away like he did me. The security camera caught the end of our conversation with him saying he will be back. I feel really used by him.

I had some trees that needed to get removed and he did it.

Prompt, on time, completed the job quickly and for the price as promised.

Douglas was amazing! he came over to help with an "emergency" I was having with and ended up doing a bunch of projects for me! He had creative ideas on how to fix somethings. He spend a long time getting it right, had suggestions on other small projects that made a huge difference - like new lighting that makes my kitchen look like I have a sky light! He even came back to add onto a fence that my dogs found a way to jump over. He is very friendly, professional and trustworthy. I plan on calling him on a regular basis for all thing things I as a single woman have been trying to do myself. Its well worth the money for the quality and customer service you will receive from Valley Handyman services! This was the second time I have used him. The first time was to build a railing on my front porch. This was also quality work and done quickly. He can do anything you need, like the name says - he is VERY Handy ;)
