Brian was very responsive from the first email inquiry I sent to him. His prices were more than reasonable and the work he did was professional, timely and of excellent quality. He is very attentive to detail and thoughtful in his approach to a repair. In the future, if we need any work, I would definitely contact him first.

Brian contacted me right away after I inquired about needed a storm door and trim around my garage door installed. He arrived on time and got the job done, plus he removed a porch railing and hauled it away. Brian also cleaned up scrapes and swept after he was finished with the projects, all for a very fair price. If I have anymore projects in the future I will be contacting Valley Home Maintenance.

I am so happy with the work Valley Home Maintenance has done for me! They have repaired my damaged sheet rock in my garage and have made it look better than before! Brian installed a banister, did some minor drywall work and replaced a bathroom faucet, which was a challenge due to my choice in sink. He was very professional, and worked with me to get the job done right. His communication was excellent. I really felt like he wanted me to be happy with the end product and wasn't just there to make a buck. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend his services. He's honest, clean, and does a great job!

Brian did a nice job on two exterior door installs at my parents' house. They look and work great. I appreciate that after the doors were in he could have called it a job done, but he made a extra trip for some caulk to finish the job the right way. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly which is also appreciated.
