Very professional and priced well. Grateful for the immediate help with mice in my kitchen and pantry. Yikes. Cannot hear them under my floor anymore. We will probably do the year's plan with them for rodents and summer bugs.

Owner came out and gave us the bid which we thought was on point. Chris was assigned to conduct the actual service. He was very thorough and shared some information about our bugs that was news to us. We have also decided to have them come out every other month for maintenance until we are sure we are all taken care of.

Only rated 4 stars for money because I am not sure what the average cost are for an inspection on the size and type of my home

I'm awarding 4 out of 5 because it remains to be seen whether or not the problem is truly fixed. They were very accommodating and respectful of my schedule. They came out quickly, assessed and properly made suggestions and even did some of the easy blocking of while on site. I had previously tried ECOLife.. rescheduled twice with them after last minute phone calls from them saying they were behind schedule by 1-2 hours! Then they quoted me a $1500 solution!! Valley Inspections has continued to be a great resource on the phone with questions i've had.

Initially this company was quick to respond and seemed to do a good job exterminating the wasp nest in an old swamp cooler sitting on top of my old mobile. I had roofers on the roof prior to and following the extermination who were unable to complete the job until the bees were gone. The first application didn't eliminate the problem pests so I called them back and was told he would come back and finish the job so the roofers could complete the roofing job. It's been a week and I have yet to hear back from this company. Guess I will be calling again.

They arrived in a very timely manner and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Small issue with wasp nests being left on the ground once knocked down, but other than that, very friendly and they took care of the problem.
