I had very dirty carpet with some stains. Most of the stains are gone, but one that wasn't showing is now. He was very nice, but I think he might have tried to do more to remove high traffic areas dirt. I'm no expert and I may have too high of expectations.

Dean, the company owner, was prompt, thorough, and stuck to his original bid. He was also very personable and willing to do the little bit extra to help in a pinch. If I were staying in Yakima, I would hire him to routinely clean my carpets!

Dean was the best carpet cleaner we've had. He's truly a nice guy and the carpets looked terrific. Best of all, they were almost dry when he left the house. Other cleaners have left them so wet they took overnight to a few days to dry. I called him totally because of Home Advisor reviews and would recommend him to others,
