Doug called me and explained what the job entailed. I originally paid Best Buy to install the TV mount but when their installer called me, he added over $100 extra to the charge! Doug came with his son, Sean, and helped me with the location of the TV. They mounted the TV quickly and in addition, helped me with the set up. I really appreciated his patience and help. Also his charge was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Very professional and honest.

These guy's came out on Christmas Eve morning and got my 70 inch TV up and rehooked all the wires and set the tv up and even hid the wires and made everything look so great! My New TV looks so great and I'm so thankful for there help! The owner was professional from the start! I love how he does the jobs with his workers and they were all done withing 45 min! Super great service and high quality work is priceless! It's hard too find great service and I was happy too find it here! They made everything so stress free and did wonderful!You won't be disappointed with Valley Reception! I promise!

The 2 gentlemen that installed my TV were professional, polite, friendly and did a terrific job,. The bonus was that they liked dogs and we have 2 of them that love people as well. Great experience overall.

Work was great. We had a couple of bumps with the schedule, but in the end we are very happy with the end result.

Doug and his son were very professional, thorough and courteous. Doug went out of his way to adjust the color on my new TVs, he said they don t come from the manufacturer adjusted properly. He also setup the WiFi for each tv and his son was very conscientious. Thank you Valley Reception!!!
