Within minutes of posting my information I received a phone call from Valley Wide and an appointment was set for that evening. The gentleman from Valley Wide did not hesitate to enter our attic (unlike the Pest Co. that created the problem by tossing posion packets into our attic space) and within minutes located and removed a dead rat. I have a bad memory for names but i believe Michael was his name. Michael relocated to the attic an odor obsorbing bag that the other pest control co. had placed in our bathroom He returnned the next week and located and patched several entry points. We now use Valley Wide for our monthly service.
