Good guy called to move up appt time but showed up w/o parts. Then was not going to clean out track of sliding door. I said something and he needed to use my vacuum. A few dollars more than I thought it would be.

He was an hour and a half late. Didnt call. Said he lost my number. He did include a "free" screen door reoair but cant really tell what he did. I would hire someone else next time.

Professional and courteous, a bit pricey for the amount of time spent for the repair but Thomas was able to replace the rollers when I couldn't get the door out of the track. Overall very satisfied with the work performed.

they could only do one of the doors - and this door is simply a replacement. They looked for another company to have the more problematic door repaired - I hired the proposed company because I had a pretty good impression of it. Neither one of the two contracts is done yet.

If you have a sliding glass door that is hard to open and close, call these guys. They called me and scheduled the appointment and showed up on time. They replaced the rollers and adjusted my door in 20 minutes! The service guy even replaced my old handle at no charge. I would highly recommend!

The young man that came here was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was in and out in no time and my sliding glass door that I had to really pull and push on hard , now slides with one finger and we have had to learn not to let it slam, it glides so easily.
