If I could give this company more stars, I would. Our AC leaked its last drop of coolant in the super heat of early Sept. Valley of the Sun came in with knowledge, super work ethic, and friendly, factual assistance. Jerry explained what was wrong, what was needed, gave us options. We now have a cool house and the confidence of having found a super company.

Jerry the owner is one of the best in this market. He is fast responder, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I've lost my roof AC in the middle of August heat wave of 110-115 temperature. Jerry did diagnose the problem, initiated a plan, got the parts and fixed it. All done fast and professional. High five to you Jerry, please keep up the good work. I highly 100% recommend his company to friends, families and neighbors. Call him if your AC unit fails, you'll be happy

Jerry's estimate was prompt, competitive, and reasonable. His customer service skills are excellent; he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. He phoned ahead when he would arrive and when the crane was expected...and he was on time! He took the time to answer questions I had and explained it in terms I could understand. Amazing, on time service. Our A/C went out in the middle of a unseasonably hot day. We got a response within minutes and A/C was back up and running in less than an hour. Two thumbs up, way up!

Jerry was communicative, timely, and friendly. He found a couple issues and described them in detail, with pictures. Told me what was major and what could wait a while.
