Valor cleaning did an excellent job for me. My upstairs neighbor had a slow leak that caused a significant amount of mold development in my HVAC closet that had then grown into my bedroom and been distributed through my home via the HVAC system. Valor Cleaning removed the mold, arranged for an industrial hygenist to test to ensure it was gone and then arranged for the repair required after the mold had been abated. They were excellent to work with and I definitely would recommend them to others.

The project was top quality. They listened to my concerns and responded accordingly and were professional in all they did. The estimate was realistic and thorough, and they held to the estimate without any added costs even though they met some unanticipated needs. They were very professional and could explain what they were doing. They were very careful in handling and protecting my property and furnishings. They worked very hard and quickly and finished the job on time. The paperwork was handled very well by their office. All in all, it is the best experience I have had with a contractor in every respect.

Great, Davis went out what had to be done worked well with with the Industrial Hygienist and was flexible. Lois (office) communicated well was great returning pone calls and working with out phased project.

They came in with the lowest price, but their work was more than thorough. They did the demolition, removed the mold, used special fans to clean the air, and treated the area with antimicrobial chemicals. Our mold problem is gone, and it was all done at a very reasonable price. To top it off, David was courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. Very happy with this company, and would highly recommend them!

Valor Cleaning was a great choice for my mold remediation, they were very thorough and where very accommodating. Would definitely recommend them.

There needs to be better communication with the people they send out to do the job. The two workers that came were unclear of what they were suppose to be doing. Other than that they did a great job.

All the Valor staff was very polite. Lois was very kind and willing to make me satisfied. The reason I hired Valor was because they seemed honest, had good reviews , priced fairly and could save my carpeting. The quote had to be rewritten a few times for some changes and errors they made. The biggest thing was when they cleaned my carpet the first time it was saturated and took about four days to dry with the help of an airscrubber and dehumidifier. The carpet still smelled. I called Lois and she asked that I give them another chance to clean it, at no charge, and assured me they could get the odor out. We reschedled and rescheduled again because a piece for the machine was not in yet. So Valor was aware there was a problem with the machine the first time they cleaned the carpet. Sean and David came back to clean the carpet, and were here only about 30 minutes and ready to leave. I went down to check the carpet and it still smelled. They agreed and proceeded to saturate it with product. They were here for at least another hour. When they left, my carpet was extremely saturated to the point I got out my household Hoover steam cleaner and continuoulsy pulled up white suds and water for another hour. I propped up the carpet, and placed a fan on the saturated areas and set up the dehumidifier. After one week the carpet was still damp and wreaks of the cleaner they used. Our carpet is completely ruined. The room is 19x24 feet so an expense to replace. As far as the clean up goes, David and Sean were polite and neat. It was not real difficult, we could had done it ourselves, but there was so much fear of mold out there. We barley had any mold. It does not even appear that the boar

I appreciated their honesty in assessing the work that needed to be done and their willingness to answer many questions and allay my concerns. In the end it was not a huge job, but any mold remediation job can lead to unexpected problems. They were thorough and performed the work as agreed upon, following up with the duct work cleaning we'd also negotiated. A few days later, they came out to my home again, at my request, to inspect another area and correct a problem with an air vent. They did this willingly and without additional charge. I would definitely recommend Valor Cleaning to others.

He also found an additional problem that I was not aware of and told me how to remediate the problem.
