val's cooling and heating took the time to ask questions and try to repair the issue- unfortunately we needed a new AC unit. They were professional from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them!

Fast and clean work

They went out of their way to get my AC repaired and back on. They were very busy and communicated well between the primary repairman and the owner to make sure they could make the service call on time. The owner actually came out and did the repairs when the serviceman was caught in traffic!

Professional, polite, did everything they said, in the time frame they stated.

Installed new Trane air conditioner, air handler, whole house filter, digital thermostat and new ductwork. Did a great job.

We saw Val's Heating and cooling on the home advisor web page. After reading the positive reviews we decided to ask them to take a look at my Mothers 20 year old A.C. that was running but no longer cooling. They were at the house within 2 hours. We felt that they were honest and up front about the problems that the AC had and after consideration decided to put a new Lennox unit in. We did not feel that they were in any way trying to enfluence us to put in a new unit. They told us our options and the obvious choice was a new unit. This was on a Sat. Monday they brought the unit and other equipment out to do some pre-instillation work.. Tue. they were there by 7:00 a.m. To install the unit just as they had said. They were finished by mid afternoon. We felt they did just exactly as they said. We felt the price was very fair for what they were giving us and have been overall very pleased. We felt they were honest and gave good customer service...something rare in this day and age. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating on work quality is that there was some damage done to the wall when they were trying to get the unit up in the attic. It was a close place in a walk in closet to have to work it into so it was a challenge. They did compensate us for the damage and it can be fixed relatively easily.

The entire process was seamless from scheduling the appointment to getting the repairs completed - the guys at Val's were fantastic!!!

My only regret is that I only offer 5 stars. I can not say enough good things about this company. Milicar who provided the estimated courteous and professional to Pablo who handled the instal of the 3.5 ton Lennox unit was smooth and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. My prior experience with contractors was dread I almost look forward to my next AC issue (hopefully years from now) so I can call them. Just a first rate experience!

AWESOME! They came out and inspected my unit because I wanted it inspected prior to the summer months. They were on time, clean and above all honest and fair. He inspected my two units, found minor issues which he corrected and updated me on the estimated failure of some of the components that were showing wear. I would highly recommend Val's to everyone. They also installed a new AC unit at my mothers house and did outstanding work below the price quoted by other contractors. Truly a great contractor.
