Matt came out and did my carpets and I was pleased with the entire experience. He came out not only on time but before my scheduled appt. He called to see if it was ok with me and I was ready and waiting for my carpets to be cleaned. I was not expecting a miracle but at the very least a noticible improvement since one of the room was my teen's bedroom. I was very pleased with the outcome, my carpets look so much better. Matt did a great job and explained the whole process. He let me know what he was doing, what it was for and how to take care of it after. I will be scheduling him to do my tile floors after the holidays. Thank you.

Showed up right on time to give the estimate and to do the work. Very professional attitude. Took the time to explain the process and what to expect. Did a very thorough job, really taking his time scrubbing the stains. Highly recommended for future work. Thanks, Glenn
