Valukreet concrete

He is a very hard working man. He did most of the work by himself. Only had some help to do the pour. It took 3 weeks because of the rain. He got it done.

Shane is a good kid (Valukreet is just one guy). He really wants to do the right things, but he agreed to do more than he could on my project: garage floor, driveway, and some sidewalk. 1) He did not know he needed a permit 2) He did not know how to form a driveway approach 3) He did not know city of Columbus code for the approach and sidewalk 4) He did not have his own *big** tools: no skid steer, no dump truck or dump trailer, no jack hammer, no power trowel machine. All these things had to be rented, and were subject availability. 5) He did not have anyone to help him except when he got the garage floor poured. Otherwise he was trying to do it all himself. 6) He did not have a relationship with a concrete supplier, so he had to hope there was a cancellation in order to get concrete poured. The only reason he got my garage done is that it was a rainy day. 7) He repeatedly said he would be at my place to start work at 8, only to show up at 11. Then leave at 6. And spend half the time on his phone. 8) He never proactively told me what was happening on a given day. I had to message him to find out what was going on. 9) He made a huge pile of dirt that he hoped to move after the drive was poured. After I told him that server people advised me this was a bad idea, he rented a skid steer and dump trailer to take a few loads away. There were still 3 dump truck fulls left behind. 10) He mangled about 1/3 of my neighbors yard with his skid steer. I fired him about 2/3rds of the way through the project because of all this. Another company came in to repair his damage, redo his forms, get everything legal. If you have got a small square patio, or hot tub pad, sure, Shane could get that done. Driveway? Nope.

They did a great job pouring the concrete pad for our hot tub.
