Victor was helpful from first contact. I needed to get a home inspection for my client and we were on a short timeline. We scheduled it for the prior day but my client requested the inspection be done within two hours of first contact. He flexed his schedule and was able to accommodate our needs. He was extremely thorough and delivered a comprehensive report within 15 minutes of having completed the inspection. I would recommend him and will reach out to him again in the future.

I found the company online while looking for bids for a home inspection for warranty purposes, and Victor was the only person who promptly called me back and followed up. Communication was excellent from the start. We communicated by both phone and text, and he sent me an estimate right away. He only needed a couple of quick details to prepare the estimate, so hiring him was very easy and a no brainer. When Victor came out, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the inspection thoroughly and efficiently, and when he was finished, the report was available immediately, which was fantastic. The report was detailed, easy to understand, and included great photos of the issues he found around the house. He identified many things we needed to have fixed or addressed, which was extremely helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My experience was excellent he explained everything into detail and I understood everything he was saying which is very important to me I also have a physical limitations and not one time did he rush me in fact he took extra time I felt I really appreciate everything I highly recommend value guarantee inspection.
