From initial call from me, through the quote process and ultimately completion of the job, I was kept up to date on progress. These guys are excellent and understand the value of good customer service. While by no means the cheapest quote I received, I chose them because of their honesty and follow up. Very happy with the work provided (patching a leaking roof caused by an incorrectly installed satellite dish), and will definitely ask them for help again if the need arises. Great job all around.

4-5 shingles were replaced. Replaced damaged shingles and caulked pipes on roof even when it started to rain. Agreed to secure the surrounding area of the damaged area by nailing more without charging more. Cleaned up after the job is done. I like the upfront pricing which is also reasonable among 4 contractors' estimates.
