Everyone was friendly and professional. They did a superb job. With one of the three projects I had done, they found an extra water sprinkler head I never knew existed because it had been buried under the ground.

The owner showed up for the estimate, showed up during the install and came back for the walk through. He held his guys accountable for the work and made sure we were happy. Solid job

I never really used any local crawl space specialist innthe greater910 area. So I priced around and got some estimates with basically all the crawl space companies to include individual folks on thumbtack. My final reach out was to Koons, and I spoke with the man himself, Mr. Koons, and let me tell youâ ¦.not only is this guy beyond knowledgeable, but heâ s responsive and their work is timely, but most importantly heâ s honest, which is beyond rare these days. His honesty smoked out the competitors estimates, and then he lapped them. Which competitors exactly, well all of them, google anyone in the 910 area that does this kind of work and he crushed them. He saved my family over 6 thousand dollars in costly repairs. On top of saving a couple future mortgage payments or braces for kids, the job looked way better than before, and better than what Iâ ve seen in most new homes. Donâ t go with some big company thatâ s not only going to nickel and dime you, and take you to the bank for more, go with this cat, his integrity and work ethic are worth it alone. I donâ t know if you can tell by my review, but I highly recommend them, theyâ re my go to now.

This company is a top notch operation. From the moment they arrived at my house for our first meeting to discuss my repair needs to their finished project completion they went above and beyond to fix and clean up what a previous company did not do properly. Their employees are hard working and very professional. The work they completed under my house of cleaning mold from under the crawl space was more than stellar, which the previous company that started left me in a mess and never completed. They installed insulation and a beautiful floor barrier. Going above and beyond was installing a dehumidifier under house for one month to ensure absolute drying of floor joist and entire area. they did this as an added precaution for me the customer which shows true customer service and what a 5 star company is all about. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Tim Koons who represents it with wisdom of the business and a professionalism that adds trust and confidence to the customer. They installed a dehumidifier under my house for several months free of charge to insure under my house was completely dried out to ensure new insulation and mold treatment they did would not be compromised in any way due to moisture and cold weather. This company is a top notch company that puts the customer as there number one priority. They took care of all my needs and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I cannot say enough great things about Dustin and Abby. Their work ethics are admirable, the work done properly, and timely. They were a joy to have at my house, and were so polite and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received from them. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to all.
