Hired them to do an appraisal on a brownstone in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn in order to buy family out. They were punctual. Came in and had to do hand drawings of each floor. They worked quick. Pleasant personality. Excellent price. They included some comps with their appraisal. Overall A+ work.

Excellent work and very quick on providing appraisal report by Oleg. Customer service provided by Aleksandra was courtesy and responsive. At this point I won't know how the appraisal will help my IRS submittal for the property until years later. But I will recommend Oleg's good work and Aleksandra's customer service to people looking for appraisal service for house buying or sale .
