Since our start in 2006, we have specialized in residential and small commercial. We aim to provide the best possible customer service, always putting their needs first while providing a quality service at a fair price. Tim Van Der Kolk grew up in Holland where he has lived his whole life and graduated from Holland Christian. He has 16 years of plumbing experience and has owned is own business for 9 years. Tim may own his own business, but you will frequently see him responding to calls, getting his hands dirty on site.

Nice enough people. I hired them last year and was pleased. This year, I requested they shut off water for the winter at my cottage on Lake Michigan, the same as they did last year. They did the service, but when I got the bill it was over $100 more than last year for the exact same service, same supplies. I called and was told, "It's sort of an insurance policy for us. In case there's a problem and we have a call back. We've added $100 to all our shut off services." So in other words, if there isn't a call back, you just pocket the $100? The original service was just $231 last year. So that's a 50% raise for them. Never heard of such a thing! I told him he just lost my service. Buyer, beware...!

Repaired two leaking outdoor spigots and installed a shower head
work was done quickly and timely . Randy did the work. He was here on time and explained what needed to be done went ahead. Randy came back the next day to make sure everything was OK. Very nice , easy folks to work with. Reasonable cost. Recommend this company

Called on a Monday, after breaking a pipe on Sunday, putting in a new tub They came out on Monday and back on Tuesday to finish the job for us. It was great not having to wait, knowing we called at the last minute.

I hired Tim a couple of years, ago, and he was prompt, professional, and shockingly affordable (a fraction of what I had been quoted by the first plumber I looked into.) Today, I had another plumbing issue and called Tim. He arrived, within half an hour, and made some recommendations as to how we could simply fix the problem ourselves. He refused to even charge us. I would recommend Tim Van Der Kolk to anyone looking for a plumber. He is the finest example of a professional tradesman that I have ever met.

The plumber called and arrived earlier than scheduled. He also communicated options in repairing our leaky shower valve. Not asking/knowing upfront the age of our shower valve necessitated a search and trip to purchase a part. But overall: highly satisfied.
