The service was very good. The pro gave me several options to tackle the problem which is great! The only thing that bothers me is that there is a charge for the estimate. This is true for all the Heating and Air companies I researched. The $60 charge that can be applied to the final bill if you go with the company. If you don't you still pay the $60. This limits choice and competition.

I thought the price was a little high. The price works out to way over $100 per hour for one person. However, the plumber did a good job and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

truthful and very committed to service and customer satisfaction. He assured me of a good installation experience and John and Alan, the installers, did a great, neat, clean and quiet job. The highest recommendation! You deserve a raise I am sure! The booties on the feet are a great way to keep the clients home free of dust. And make a great first impression. These guys should be teaching a class. No calls to friends on cell phones or long pauses in the job. Jeff even showed up for the install and made certain that he would be the point person for any future need for service. Although this is a new system, installed just yesterday. We are totally impressed!

My service experience was outstanding. They were able to do same day service, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. Great turnaround. Cost was on the high end, but given the timing and responsiveness, it was worth it.

Too expensive! $625.50 for less than 2 hrs' work. That's $300 an hour! The reasoning was that there is a standard charge for this standard job. Of course, that policy is merely a profit mechanism worth $100 a word. He never fixed the running toilet as it didn't run for him (Murphy's Law) but told me how to fix it, fortunately, for it ran again the next time I flushed. I will look for more reasonable prices in the future.
