John was very knowledgeable of his field. He answered any question we had regarding any sort of concern we may have had with those pest that can get into your home. He gave us self tips on how to deal with snakes, fire aunt's, etc. He will be coming out every three months and the price is very affordable. We are extremely happy with VanHorn.
