Van & Sons Fencing

I could not have asked for a better experience than what I received from Van & Sons. Mark came and gave me my estimate. We talked about the project and he emailed me my estimate that day. He told me metal post run about $30 more a post than wood. I told him metal. As project time was coming up he sent me a text to confirm wood post. I told him no, metal. I reviewed the estimate and there was no mention of metal post. He was willing to eat the cost of the metal post. That’s integrity right there. I couldn’t ask him to eat that cost. Upon starting the project he discovered the previous holes were not spaced properly. I’m pretty sure they had to re-dig all but 4 holes. Again, integrity and pride in his work. He could have taken shortcuts and used existing holes. Also, when putting the pickets up he discovered about 1/3rd of the pickets were inferior and shouldn’t be used. Again, he could have used inferior materials just to knock the job out. HIRE HIM!!!

Mark and his team are true professionals. He knows his trade and can provide great advice for every aspect of the project, but remains humble and always polite with reminders that he's working for you so every decision is ultimately yours. He does not pressure you or try to upset you. Best of all, ...their work is impeccable!! Beautifully done and quality workmanship. Need a fence installed or repaired? Received my estimate in a very timely manner. Workmanship was spot on and professional. Liked the design and idea of how my gate was going to function adequately to fit my needs.

They are prompt, courteous, professional and truly care about the customer. Mark and his team went out of their way to show personalized care for me and what I wanted, and then doing what was important to me. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are honest and trustworthy. Mark was also great at the time of quoting the project. He was thorough, asked lots of questions, and made sure he understood what was needed. These guys are pros! Had the whole side fence done in under 8 hours, cleaned up the site well and were absolute professionals. Iâ d say Iâ ll hire them again but the fence is built so well I doubt Iâ ll ever need to!
