V & P Painting

I received an estimate from VP Painting to do exterior trim painting on November 30 2017. I was told that the work could not be done until the temperature was at least 64 degrees. I never heard anything from them again. We had some warm days in February so I reached out to them. They showed up the next day and painted the house with the tempature being 46 degrees and raining. So my question is why would it take you three months before the job was done. After seeing the shoody work I asked if they could come back out and look at the work because some spots were missed and the wood was repaired incorrectly. I indicated that the job did not look professional. Their response was that they only agreed to repair three areas of the house when the invoice clearly states that they were to paint all three sides of the house. Also when I tried to pay with a credit card I was told that they did not take credit cards. I was told before they did the work that I could use a card but would receive a discount if I used cash. So please know that this is a cash only business unless the cash only policy only applies to African American women.

I had a very difficult job to do, and knew it would not look fantastic when finished, however I was very disappointed in the quality of the work performed. Seemed that everything was rushed. They had to remove storm windows and when replacing them only used halve the screws, and left all of the windows with paint on the glass and stuck in the closed position. Drips and runs all over, many holidays. When he left the job he told me to write a punch list, after going about halve way around the house and having a punch list that was over 50 items long I gave up. I contacted him by letter and told him I did not want him to return and fix anything. I will pay someone else to fix the things he broke (windows and light fixtures), left uncompleted and to clean the mess he left.

Very nice guys! Owner is a local fireman who is a great man! Everyone arrived on time and got the work done quick! Everything was done very well. My house looked gorgeous after they were finished. They cleaned up all their stuff and were super friendly. I would hire them again in an instant.

Exceptional experience with Vinney. No other place to look for your painting needs. I have another job schedule with them later in the spring. 5.0 + + +. They are that good, none better from this seat.

I had a rush job - 3 large rooms w/ super vaulted ceilings plus a hallway - that Vinny and crew finished in 3 days. Great job considering what they had to work with - gas heat not turned on yet, 3 day turnaround, and hard to cover colors on the walls. We would hire them again.

V&P Painting exceeded my expectations. Vincent Posey is extremely professional. My initial quote was returned quickly, he and his crew were always on time and didn't fool around once they got there. My whole interior was painted in 2.5 days. One of the best things about Mr. Posey is he won't start a job, then go on another one leaving you hanging. So impressed was I that he is not general contracting flooring replacement and kitchen remodel for me now.

Chris & company did a fantastic job painting my theater. I love the silver screen (one wall) and 3 navy blue walls. I feel like it's 3D although it isn't since I'm not wearing 3D glasses. Rather than come out at you, the picture seems to go through the wall, like the magic eye, into the next room and beyond.

Great customer service! Had a split-level home and second floor deck (off master bedroom) painted. Very professional crew who were prompt. They even came in early (7 am) since I had an appt in order to finish the front door. My only complaint is that I wish they had sanded the wood down (front of home) a little bit more before priming it and painting it for a more finished look. Otherwise, great job. House and deck look great!
