I am a Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Utah. I began in the appraisal industry in 2002. In 2011, I joined Academy Mortgage as a review appraiser. In 2013, I was promoted to Appraisal Manager. Our department grew from 12 to 36 people and we were responsible for ordering, tracking, and reviewing 30,000-40,000 appraisals per year in 46 States. In 2016, I became a Real Estate Agent and Partner of Big Key Real Estate, where I was awarded Rookie of the Year from Keller Williams. That benefits the consumer greatly because of my ability to look at their property value in several different ways. I can give perspective from an Appraiser, a Real Estate Agent as well as a Lender. I am committed to excellence and take communication and customer service very seriously. I look forward to working with you. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of my work (not including value), or my ability to communicate and answer your questions I will refund half of your money.
